1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RankLoop ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

RankLoop is an automated backlink exchange platform that matches websites for mutual backlink placements. We facilitate the exchange of contextual backlinks between partner sites in our network.

3. Account Registration

To use RankLoop, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Own or have authorization to manage the websites you submit

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit spam, adult content, gambling, or illegal websites
  • Use RankLoop for link farms, PBNs, or manipulative SEO practices
  • Attempt to game the system or violate fair exchange principles
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data without permission
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Backlink Exchange Terms

5.1 Fair Exchange

RankLoop matches sites based on authority, relevance, and traffic. You agree to provide backlinks of equal or greater value than those you receive.

5.2 Link Placement

Backlinks must be placed in contextual content (not footers, sidebars, or spam pages). Links should be natural and relevant to the surrounding content.

5.3 Link Removal

You may not remove backlinks you've placed without our approval. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

5.4 Quality Standards

We reserve the right to reject or remove sites that don't meet our quality standards, including low authority, spam signals, or policy violations.

6. Billing and Payments

6.1 Subscription

RankLoop operates on a monthly subscription basis. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

6.2 Free Trial

New users receive a 3-day free trial. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. No credit card required for trial.

6.3 Price Changes

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing customers may be grandfathered at current rates.

6.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by RankLoop and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use it in providing the Service.

8. Disclaimers

RankLoop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Specific ranking improvements or SEO results
  • Exact number of backlinks per month
  • That all backlinks will be indexed by search engines
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankLoop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms or our policies
  • Fail to pay fees when due
  • Engage in fraudulent or harmful activity
  • Abuse the backlink exchange system

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
